REFUNDS POLICY
Brittons Formal Wear does not offer a change of mind refund. Please be careful when you purchase products online. Please ensure the colour, style and size is correct. Brittons Formal Wear collects all original online submitted orders for purchase reference. If you make a mistake when placing an order please call the shop immediately, quoting either your order number, or your name. Brittons does not automatically offer a refund if you make an incorrect selection.
If your garments arrive and there is a fault with the product, or something is missing from your order. Please call the shop immediately. Where possible, please present the goods to the shop in person.
If you are not located in Western Australia, please call the shop (08) 9325 7390. Explain the fault with the goods. Organise for an Express Post bag for the goods and send to BRITTONS FORMAL WEAR, 618 Hay Street, PERTH WA 6000. Attention: Matthew or Paul. Please enclose a brief letter explaining the fault with the goods. Please allow up to 3 business days for the goods to arrive.
Once our staff assess the goods, we will organise for either replacements goods to be sent, or repairs to be completed. Please Note, Brittons Formal Wear accepts no liability for any goods that have had alterations done to them. The goods must be in the original condition, with tags still attached.
